Location: Dayton, Ohio
Date: 2010
Project Cost: $1,000,000
Project Size: 4,800 sq. ft.
Project Services: Full-Service Architecture, Restaurant Prototype, Interior Design, Branding, Food Service Planning
We provided full-service architecture, interior design, food service planning and branding services for the 4,800-square-foot prototype restaurant.
This is BSA’s third project for a repeat client who appreciates our work and services. The client enjoys tasking us with different aesthetic and functional iterations for his brands (Asian Gourmet in Gahanna, Edamame at Easton Town Center in Columbus).
Challenges included a tight schedule, budget and an unusual space with a largely residual double volume at the entry.
BSA turned the challenge of the double volume into an asset by designing a mezzanine for a dining space over the entry.
