Project Services: Residential design and planning for a new 4,000 SF (+) ocean-side residence

The clients are a great artistic couple who have an amazing minimalist vision.  The house was designed in many areas as a backdrop of their extensive art collection.

The Clients’ love of entertaining drove a plan that focuses on a main living, dining, and entertaining area, with nearly full ocean view.  The Kitchen has access to two Pantries, generous counter for prep areas, and a cooktop island that is also the informal table.  The house has a main floor Master Suite, with a second Bedroom and Office/Bedroom on the lower grade level – also focused on the ocean. Also included: a ceramic studio in the lower level and a three-car garage.

The project was a collaboration with Pasquale Grado, Architect
– Mr. Bass’s first architecture professor.
