Bass Studio Architects provided architectural and interior design services for this second unit of the Katalina’s brand. Katalina’s is an iconic local brand with a national media following. BSA worked with the owner and creative force behind the brand, Kathleen Day, to create a second iteration of the “The Little Café with Lots of Local Goodness™.” Challenges included creating a brand-appropriate design in a space that is three times the size of the original intimate café.
