The Award winning design is actually a budget driven project. By making use of select existing elements and augmenting as the concept dictated, we were able to provide a complete reformat and prototype.

Even with the budget constraints ($ 165,000), we were able to provide all custom casework, soffits, three dimensional focal elements, and a sculptural storefront in this 2nd generation retail space.
