Bass Studio Architects assisted with concept development through permit documentation for the prototype launch of a new restaurant chain. Loops carries the theme of an urban Chicago style sandwich shop, not unlike those found in and around the Loop in Chicago.

Challenges included a limited budget and fitting the prototype unit in a challenging long and narrow space. Many of the value-oriented decisions allowed us to actually move toward an authentic urban eatery vibe.
