BSA was asked to perform a feasibility study for the Department of Dance to evaluate the existing and future use of the Sullivant Hall structure. At issue was whether the department should stay in this structure and renovate or add, or move.

The effort included space use analysis, preliminary building conditions evaluation, and strategies for future growth in a cohesive report.  An existing central theater space was the subject of a schematic study for structural, functional and other performance related analyses and recommendations.

The final study comprised 38 pages shaped around three distinct conceptual interventions and their associated budget requirements.
