BSA provided full service architecture, retail and interior design for the prototype retail store. The prototype combines a pharmacy, convenience and optical stores in a highly productive retail environment.

The concept was developed as an upscale environment appropriate to the location in an upscale high-rise in downtown Columbus, Ohio the Fifth Third Tower.

The project included comprehensive custom casework design for all of the retail elements and integration of all the function in the awkward leasehold configuration. The pharmacy design was integrated with the mezzanine structure. The finished project was used as a model to teach casework design to other local professionals at the 2001 Construction Expo by a custom casework manufacturer.
